with this tray of grapat beauties! the toy show in germany is currently going on, and grapat seems to be stealing the show with their new releases.  i'm currently working on completing my full grapat mandala set, but i have a feeling there will be some new additions to my wish list once they hit retailers in april!

ugh...not again!

this one woke up with a high fever, runny nose and not feeling good.  we have been healthy for almost a month, it was a good stretch, ugh!

bowie started with a dry cough on sunday but that has been her only symptom.  i had a sore throat, but ryder has it the worst.  hopefully it is short lived and we all get better soon and jarad stays healthy!

play room make over!

gave the play room a little make over, we took out the play kitchen and got an ikea trofast system, hung some new art and did a small toy rotation!

this one gets me hard.  my heart aches for his wife, kids and family and all those involved in this tragic accident.  each day is precious and always tell those you love them. 

play dough kids activity!

we went to the 2nd annual chili cook off tonight (and won 2nd place with our pork chili verde) and i brought a valentine's day play dough tray to entertain the kids.  again, happy and pretty quiet kiddos at work!

sensory table outside!

we had a busy week and we didn't have any plans today, so i wanted a fun activity that the kids would be excited over...water beads always does the trick!  but i have learned that i don't enjoy doing them inside the house, they bounce all over and make a big mess.  so i took our ikea sensory table outside in the front yard under the breezeway and the kids had a blast!

childs museum of tacoma!

bowie's school had their field trip at the children's museum of tacoma, and it was SOOOOO cool!  there was so much for the kids to do from sensory play, building, STEM activities and art.  we have not been here before and another really cool thing about this museum is the way they do admissions, it is strictly donation based, apparently the only of its kind in the nation!  ryder had a blast at the water table and bowie loved climbing and painting the cow statue!  a good time was had by all!
