welcome lapis

just received 2 sets of lapis blue 4 piece fiestaware place settings.  i love the way my rainbow of dishes is looking, but i am really needing some reds and oranges to complete!  i already have 13 dinner plates, so i will start to thin it out, but this is making me happy!

colors in order: sunflower (3), lemongrass (3), shamrock (2), sage (1), lapis (2) and mulberry (2)!

sensory bin outside

bowie was happily playing in the splash pad and ryder was having a hard time finding something to do in the backyard, so i brought out his sensory bin with construction trucks and he had fun playing on the deck in his own world.

the kids are enjoying some sweet and juicy nectarines while we enjoy some outdoor play time, kids eating fruit in summer makes the perfect summer pics! 

sunday funday

it was a perfect summer weekend!  jarad took thursday and friday off, so it was extra long!  we both had some time to ourselves, went to the beach, did some house chores, barbecued, napped and adventured as a family.  wrapped up a fun weekend today with lots of backyard outdoor fun!

kanaskat

this weekend adventures brought us to kanaskat state park.  it is only about 20 minutes from home and so awesome!
