toddler time!

another thing i love about maple valley is that our community center has weekly playgroups for toddlers.  it is twice a week during winter and once a week during summer.  unfortunately up until recently we have never been able to go because it falls right during nap time.  but i decided to suck it up and meet a girlfriend there to try it out.  it was awesome!  since it is summer now, it is held on tuesdays from 9:30am-11:30am and they have indoor play, outdoor play, a snack room with provided snacks, starbucks coffee for the adults, art and crafts and best of all during summer they will be having a new animal visitor every week.  when we went they had 2 pens full of bunnies.  the kids could go inside the pens and pet the bunnies.  it was a big hit!  all this fun and entertainment for $3 per family per visit, what a steal! we will be making this part of our weekly routine!
