the hungry caterpillar!

i thought i would change up our "activity" and try reenacting a favorite story of ours, "the hungry caterpillar."  i set up this scene up for her and have her felt pieces and pretend food out so she can seek out all the food the caterpillar eats.  well, to my disappointment she had NO interest in this at all!  she wanted to play with the felt board on it's own.  oh well...i think it is too cute not to post and at least it still got her engaged in play.
