this is the last candy kit i have been saving for a rainy day and it sure did catch us by surprise! the instructions were in japanese but i was mostly able to follow along by looking at the pictures on the box and having made many of these before. this one was a burger, fries and coke one and we started with the fries. as bowie was mixing the dough, she said "something smells like garbage." we took a closer smell at the dough and they had a greasy mcdonalds smell to them. then we moved onto the burger and it smelled like a burger, barf. she was holding her nose at this point and i was doing the candy kit. then onto the buns...they didn't set up for us. i think there may have been some instructions to microwave them, but again, i couldn't understand the package. oh well...bowie enjoyed her first sip of coca cola.
