monster jam was at lumen stadium and i knew this would be a family fun event for us ALL. thank you to ryder for introducing us to the world of monster trucks. we got pit passes to see the monster trucks up close beforehand, and see the drivers as well. then the show started at 7pm and it was AWESOME! it was incredibly loud. jarad and i both underestimated how loud it would be even at an outdoor stadium. good thing we all had ear protection.
monster jam is much like wrestling. each truck has a persona, a story and the drivers attract fans as well. we were all excited to see el toro loco, grave digger and max D there. i think we missed seeing zombie and megladon. but it was a blast, the highlight was their freestyle event and el toro loco did a back flip, lost a horn and it's hood broke off into pieces. we cheered, screamed and had so much fun!
