i recently got an instant pot and i'm very intimidated by it. i would choose my slow cooker over it any day, but i'm trying to warm up to it. i figured it's got to be hard to mess up bone broth? now i have 12 cups of homemade bone broth in the freezer, this is extremely satisfying!
