sausage...

bowie loves breakfast sausage, so i usually cook up a few packs up at a time and freeze.  i normally cook them up in a fry pan and it takes a while, so i tried a new method and it turned out great!  i cooked them on a baking sheet in the oven at 350 degrees.  they cooked in about half the time and got some great color!  i am now convinced that baking all breakfast meats is the way to go!
