in true 2020 style, i decided to make friends and neighbors fresh home made organic elderberry syrup for holiday gifts. this is a homeopathic immunity booster. i made my biggest batch to date and i have to say the BEST tasting ever! it is a messy and time consuming process, truly a labor of love! now to counter balance that, i need to make some christmas crack for some extra special people and get to delivering!
