lately ryder always says he is "not hungry" for lunch or dinner. but he will never turn down a snack. so snack plates are usually a win! sometimes i try to make food extra special with some holiday sprinkles on their pancakes or yogurt and my favorite it this rudolph peanut butter and celery.
