feed the turkey!

this was a fun, quick and easy activity i set up for bowie the other day.  i took an old creamer bottle and used craft paper for some feathers and googly eyes and a candy corn nose to make a turkey.  then using tongs or spoons she had to fill the turkey belly with pom poms.  i would call out foods like "watermelon, lemon, strawberry" and she would have to find the corresponding color pom pom.  this idea came from busytoddler on instagram.
