bowie's 100th day of kindergarten was this week and they celebrated in class today. it happened to be my volunteer day so i got to see some of the fun things they did.
each kid brought in an empty water bottle filled with 100 small objects and share it. they made special hats, made a special snack and i wrote 1-100 on dot stickers and hid them throughout the classroom for them to find. they also did an experiment to see if they could finish a lollipop in 100 licks, which barely makes a dent in a lolli.
the best part was her teacher took a pic and used an app to make the kids look old. bowie is so freaked out by this she can hardly look at the photo.
