pumpkin muffins...

this recipe is almost too easy...and it only requires 3 ingredients!  i heard about it, and had to try it myself, and it was pretty tasty.

ingredients:

~1 box of yellow cake mix
~1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
~1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice

how to:

mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.    

                       

spoon mixture into cupcake tin and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  will make 1 1/2 dozen cupcakes.

these muffins were especially good served warm with salty butter.  i hear you can also use white cake mix and lemon pie filling to make a lemon bar.  enjoy!
