elderberry syrup?!?!

i am skeptical of it's medicinal value BUT i have been taking it since the end of september and haven't gotten sick.  bowie will take it occasionally, but it tastes SOOO good, it can't hurt right?

supposedly it increases your immune system and shortens the length of time sick.  this is made locally and did i mention it tastes amazing?
