i broke my biggest rule!

i woke up on the wrong side of the bed and i had a lot to do today.  bowie asked for an activity bin, so i went big hoping it would keep her busy and occupied while i got some work done.  i used shaving cream, water beads and squishy balls.

within 10 minutes she had put shaving cream all over her face and accidentally knocked the bin on the floor.  i kept my cool and gave her a spatula and had her put the contents back in the container.  but in the end it got all over and i spent about a 1/2 hour cleaning up the mess! 

i knew better...and i broke my #1 rule.  don't go messy when you are having a bad day, it is no fun for anyone.  this was a mom fail, lesson learned!!!
