creative play

mom's creativity has been a bit lacking when it comes to activities lately, but that is not the case with the kids. i have been encouraging more open ended free play, and they have been coming up with some really cool ideas.  our grimms pieces are getting a lot of love and today i introduced ryder to the grapat mandala pieces.  these are small and to be used under adult supervision only!  he thought they were very cool and immediately used them in the play kitchen, lined them up and then into the dump truck!
