easter dinner

for jarad and i, i made a pork tenderloin roast with chimichuri sauce and roasted veggies and potatoes.

and the kids had a fun snack style dinner served in a cupcake tin, a great way to clean our your fridge!  it included chicken nuggets, tater tots, blackberries, blueberries, crackers and hummus, veggie straws, cheese, apple slices and peanut butter and pickles!  all served on some fun easter plates and napkins.
