easter countdown

with all the days blurred together, bowie is having a hard time knowing when easter is coming.  so i made her a really simple paper chain to count down the days until easter.  every morning she looks forward to ripping off a piece of the chain and counting the remaining days. 

i am so glad that i got the kids some easter basket stuff a month ago when i was stocking up on essentials.  something told me to get easter stuff just in case, and i am glad i listened to myself, because if i hadn't bought stuff then i would have been pulling a "jamie" and shopping in our junk drawer.
